A former active-duty serviceman, trained at the National Technical School for Non-Commissioned Officers, I went on to earn a DUT from the University of Perpignan before working for many years in the construction sector, primarily abroad.
In particular, I served as a subcontractor and representative in the United Arab Emirates for the California-based company Rock & Waterscape, specialized in themed construction for hotel complexes and theme parks, where I carried out missions as both architect and project manager.
At the same time, through my own company, I completed private residential architectural projects in the United Arab Emirates, California, and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.
After the completion of these projects, it became increasingly common for clients to entrust me with the ongoing management of their properties. Over time, this responsibility evolved into a full-fledged professional activity.
Since returning to the Cannes region, I have also invested in rental real estate, which I personally manage and maintain.
Today, my expertise as a project manager, along with my experience as a real estate investor and property manager allows me to address every aspect of property management in the owner’s absence.
An additional asset: thanks to my experience as an architect and the management of numerous projects, I am fully capable of overseeing a renovation project from start to finish, from the initial study to final completion.
