I mainly operate in Cannes, Antibes, Valbonne, Mougins, Opio, Biot, Vallauris, Villeneuve-Loubet, Grasse, Saint-Paul de Vence, Juan-les-Pins, Mandelieu-la-Napoule, and the surrounding areas.
The management of second homes includes a wide range of services tailored to meet the specific needs of each owner.
Regular visits with detailed reports
I conduct regular visits, either weekly or monthly, according to a defined schedule, to ensure the maintenance, security, and proper functioning of your property. These visits also provide a deterrent physical presence in case of prolonged absence.
At the end of each visit, you will receive a detailed report, accompanied by photos, allowing you to remotely monitor the condition of your property.
Interior and exterior interventions
I ensure the overall condition of your property: checking access points, inspecting technical equipment (air conditioning, alarms, irrigation systems, etc.), collecting mail, and providing other customized services.
Whether your absence is planned or unexpected, I offer a discreet and reliable presence, guaranteeing the monitoring, maintenance, and security of your residence.
Customized interventions upon request.
I organize occasional interventions based on your specific needs: interior and exterior inspections, detection of anomalies, security access checks, construction site monitoring, delivery management, various purchases, vehicle maintenance, and much more.
Urgent situations are handled 24/7, subject to my availability, with responsiveness and efficiency.
Management of service providers.
I oversee the interventions of your service providers (gardener, pool technician, housekeeping staff, technicians, etc) to ensure the quality of services, the smooth progress of work, and the optimal maintenance.
I handle the administrative follow-up: managing quotes, invoices, and purchases necessary for the proper functioning of your residence.
Each month, you will receive a management report, accompanied by account statements.
Administrative and legal assistance.
I act on your behalf with various local authorities and organizations: town hall, tax office, energy suppliers, utility companies, etc.
This service frees you from the constraints of remote administrative management, prevents payment delays, and facilitates communication by overcoming any language barriers.
You thus benefit from a reliable and responsive point of contact on-site, with complete peace of mind.
Renovation project oversight.
Whether it’s simple maintenance or a more ambitious renovation project, every property requires work at some point to remain in perfect condition or meet the owners' wishes.
I handle the entire process: project assessment, selection of service providers, quote analysis, budget management, coordination, and site supervision to ensure that the work is completed on time and within budget.
"Small jobs" service
I can take care of various small maintenance and repair tasks that do not require professional intervention, as well as plant watering, short-term pet care, light seasonal cleaning (such as raking fallen leaves)...
This service is available for both secondary homes and primary residences during periods of absence or while you are away on vacation.
Concierge assistance.
Without replacing a full concierge service, I can handle various occasional requests beyond the routine management of your property. This includes, for example, car or boat rentals, sourcing and hiring temporary staff, making specific purchases or orders, as well as organizing memberships for sports or leisure clubs to ensure the smooth running of your stay.
Management of arrivals.
Whether it’s your arrival, that of your family, your guests, or tenants, I organize a thorough and attentive welcome: a deep cleaning to ensure cleanliness and hygiene, the activation of technical equipment (heating, water heater, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, pool, etc.), preparation of the bedding, as well as stocking essential food supplies.
Management of seasonal rentals
I do not directly manage seasonal rentals, but for properties used both as private residences and rental units, I can work closely with the real estate agencies in charge of their management.
In this context, I act as an intermediary, facilitating the smooth running of stays and ensuring the preservation and integrity of your property.
